DHL Express’s latest e-payment platform provides you with an alternate billing method to manage all your DHL Express shipping bills with ease and convenience!

MyBill offers the following benefits:

User-friendly Interface

Clearly labelled buttons and panels allows for a smooth site navigation. Browse through quick-access tabs to quickly switch views between your existing transactions, disputed invoices, and invoices that are due soon or overdue.

Email Notifications

Receive direct e-mail notifications on new invoices so you can easily be updated or track multiple payments without missing out on any.

Historical Reviewing and Reporting

MyBill keeps a record of all your transactions for the last 12 months, allowing you to search or filter by date or invoice number. You will also be able to generate reports based on multiple parameters into a CSV excel format for viewing or record keeping.

Querying and Disputing of Invoices

If you are unsure or wish to dispute various charges, MyBill allows you to raise a dispute where you can enter the details of your query or dispute and it will be addressed within 24 hours by our finance team.

Making Secure Payments

In your ‘Due’ dashboard, you can select which invoices you wish to pay for within MyBill. Resolve your payments online using eNets and PayNow and a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent directly to your e-mail address.
